Contrary to what he has in mind, college student Xiao Chi is forced to spend his summer holiday in a rundown grocery store with his grandmother in a rural town. Little does he know that a very different summer is about to come his way…
College student Xiao Chi has been dreaming of studying abroad and having foreign affairs. His plan to fulfil this dream in the summer is, however, discouraged by the economic downturn in Taiwan. Just as he feels depressed about the need to spend a long summer back home, taking care of the old grandma and her grocery store, there comes a Western girl named Elisa.
One thing leads to another, Xiao Chi and two women – old grandma and Elisa, a girl from afar – spend a whole summer under the same roof…
