A troubled woman visits a run-down hair salon and requests a very special service from the salon owner – to have her bad memories washed away. Will she regain happiness, or does a bigger shock await the both of them?
Part of the “10+10” project initiated by the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival that involves 20 directors to make a 5-minute short film each, Chen Yu-hsun’s Hippocamp Hair Salon is a haunting tale about a passionate love that ends in destruction.
